JAM offers support in three ways - I can create graphics only, help with scheduling, or can assist with the whole process, whatever it is that you need I can tailor a package to suit!

An idea of the type of inclusions in your package:

  • A Zoom meeting to brainstorm or plan the content for your social media calendar

  • Creation of bespoke social media graphics and shared to a Google Drive folder (for your approval)

  • Compose suitable captions

  • A content calendar containing all the content we discussed (for your approval)

  • Source suitable free images or use supplied images

  • Schedule posts utilising images, captions and hashtags supplied by you (Scheduling package only)

  • Schedule social media posts utilising your preferred scheduling platform

BRAND KIT SET UP IN CANVA PRO

Do you need help with getting your logos, colours, headshots and fonts added to Canva?

I can help with setting up a brand kit in your Canva account.

Note, you must have a Canva Pro or Canva Teams subscription for me to be able to access the brand kit.

All you need to do is provide me with your branding details, e.g. logo, colours, brand guide, font and any headshots or brand photos you’d like added along with your login details - too easy! 👌

BESPOKE SOCIAL MEDIA TEMPLATES STARTER PACK

If you are starting out on social media and design is not your thing, I can help you by creating a batch of striking social media templates that align with your branding…then all you have to worry about is adding images and scheduling them to your feed!

Templates are designed to align with your branding, colour scheme and can include your logo or headshot.

All you need to do is tell me what type of template you’d like created, which platform you’d like them designed for and provide me with your branding details, e.g. logo, colours, brand guide, font and any photos you’d like me to include - easy peasy lemon squeezy! 🍋

What it includes:

  • up to 10 bespoke templates

  • 1 round of revisions

  • Templates saved to your Canva Pro account

CUSTOMISED SOCIAL MEDIA BANNERS

Take advantage of your banner space and advertise monthly themes, special offers, new blog posts or podcasts with a customised social media banner

Customised banners created in your branding for platforms such as LinkedIn (Personal & Company page) and Facebook

MONTHLY SCHEDULING SUPPORT

If you are the creative type, and love giving your social media graphics their own personality, but find scheduling a tiresome, I can take the scheduling off your hands and free up your time.

All you need to do is provide me access to your scheduler and graphics, a completed social media calendar with your captions, hashtag sets, preferred dates & times for the various platforms and I will look after the rest!

COST: $140 incl GST

SOCIAL MEDIA IMAGE CREATION PACKAGE

Do you have branded templates but need someone to help create bespoke graphics for your feed?

Maybe you’d like a seamless carousel for your Insta feed, an animated post, or a post for IG Stories?

All you need to do is provide me with a list of the content you’d like created, which platform you’d like them designed for and provide me access to your Canva account.

What you get in this package:

  • up to 12 bespoke images (designed & resized for up to 2 platforms - FB, IG or LI)

COST: $285 incl GST

Terms & Conditions:

  • Social media packages are available over a 3, 6 or 12-month period. All clients must sign a Service Level Agreement outlining the duration of support required (e.g. three, six or twelve month contract, or month-to-month) number of posts p/w & platforms, and agree on dates for feedback and approval of content.

  • Packages are for one account only, therefore when choosing 2 platforms, both platforms must be for the same business name.

  • Content will either be scheduled weekly or a month in advance, depending on the scheduler and when feedback and approvals is received by client.

  • Developed captions and bespoke graphics are saved to a shared Google Drive folder for client’s approval before scheduling.

  • To schedule posts using a 3rd party scheduler, I will require login details or set up as an Admin.

  • A 50% deposit will be required at the time of signing the 12-month contract. The deposit will not be refundable if you choose to cancel the contract early.

  • Cancellation of services - If you wish to cancel your social media package/contract, please provide JAM with at least 14 days’ notice in writing before the commencement of the new month. Any time spent on cancelled work that was sent through and commenced will be charged accordingly and will require immediate payment.

  • Final invoice for month-to-month packages is 14 days.

  • Add-on packages are all pre-paid and must be paid before any work commences.

  • All packages are to be used within 1 month of purchase to guarantee availability. If the package is not used within this period a fee may apply.

  • All graphics will be saved and provided in JPG file format.

  • Royalty-free imagery can be sourced; however, a cost will apply and be charged on your final invoice.

  • Client to supply logo and branding guidelines, e.g. colour hex codes for branded templates.

  • Twitter/X, Threads or TikTok are not available in these packages.

  • Reels created on the Instagram app are not included in these packages.
